Midtown is a new urban neighborhood located in the North part of the Las Vegas Arts District.  The Midtown community offers the convenience of residential, retail and hospitality in a modern style setting designed with affordable luxury homeownership, small businesses and tourists in mind. The Arts District provides the access, entertainment and lifestyle backdrop of Midtown and our goal towards a model '15-minute city'.

Midtown is designed for all types of residents that live, work and play in the Vegas Downtown.  The Midtown Resident loves the city life and an approachable style of luxury.  Urban living, walking, and community are at the core of the people living and thriving in Midtown.

Midtown is currently taking reservations for the first condominium tower, the Plaza Tower.  Midtown will have additional product, including investment and retail opportunities announcing soon. 

Prices will vary from building to building to attract a true mix of residents and socioeconomic stability for the Midtown neighborhood.  Early reservations will secure the best pricing for available units.  

Parking options will be available around the Midtown neighborhood as covered surface parking lots, garages, and street parking.  

Midtown's shared Tesla program provides each residential unit a dedicated amount of hours per month to use a Tesla vehicle from a fleet of vehicles shared in the Midtown community.  Midtown designed this program to give residents without cars an opportunity to drive with style at minimal costs. The program also allows residents longer rental times of the Tesla, when needed.  Residents have the choice of participating in the shared Tesla program or having a parking space.
