The Pepper Club just dropped a new summer menu, and it’s the best kind of trouble. Pepper Club Chef Manny Rivera and Midtown’s own Food & Beverage Director Bruce Kalman have crafted something that’s rich, seasonal, and low-key stunning. It’s the kind of menu that makes you want to cancel your plans and order one of everything.
The Summer Glow-Up You Didn’t Know You Needed
The new lineup is a full-on flex. Beautiful, bold, and built to be remembered. There’s truffle bucatini. Ricotta ravioli in vodka sauce. Gnocchi dressed in pistachio-mint pesto that looks like it belongs on a magazine cover. Every dish is a main character, from the lemony rigatoni to the wild mushroom cavatelli. It’s all flavor, no filler—and very photogenic.
$6 Pasta Hour Is Not a Drill
Every day from 4–5 PM, all that gorgeous pasta? Just $6. No fine print. No sad portions. Just real-deal, chef-crafted carbs for the price of your morning latte. Get there early, stay a little longer, and maybe don’t tell too many people.
Brunch Is Still That Girl
The brunch lineup stays undefeated. Crowd-favorite ube French toast? Still here. Chicken and waffles? Of course. But summer brought a seasonal stunner: the Peach, Please French Toast—sweet, juicy, and unapologetically extra.
Midtown’s Favorite Happy Hour (Twice a Day)
Timing is everything. Happy Hour runs from 3–5:30 PM and again from 8–10 PM, so whether you’re starting the night or stretching it out, you’ll find drinks, bites, and vibes waiting.
Local? Thursday’s Your Day
Every Thursday, Nevada locals get 20% off all day. Just flash your ID and act like you own the place.
It’s Christmas in July
