September’s First Friday keeps the Arts District’s monthly tradition rolling — a full evening of art, food, and music spread across the neighborhood.
Along Boulder Avenue by the Arts Factory and down 1st Street, well over 100 artists set up displays of everything from paintings and photography to ceramics and handmade jewelry. Live painting sessions take over the walk from 6 to 9:30 pm.
Local galleries, studios, and shops stay open into the evening, and food trucks — more than 20 of them — line the streets alongside sets on the Main Stage.
First Friday has run every month since 2002, and September’s edition keeps that streak going with the same mix of local art, food, and street-level energy.
