Neon City Festival lights up Downtown Las Vegas from Friday–Sunday, November 21–23, 2025 with a city-wide celebration of live music, food, and art—and admission is free for all ages. Expect stages and pop-ups across downtown with evening programming and special experiences unique to Vegas.
